About Me
I’m Johney Mandal, a mental health counsellor dedicated to supporting emotional well-being through structured, compassionate, and evidence-based practice. My work integrates approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Gestalt techniques to help individuals develop clarity, resilience, and practical coping strategies.
I work with children, adolescents, and adults facing stress, anxiety, emotional regulation challenges, and life transitions. Alongside counselling, I also engage in chess education to promote cognitive development, focus, and disciplined thinking. My goal is to create a safe, confidential space where individuals can explore concerns, build insight, and move forward with confidence.
